What is Kids Life Coaching?
Coaching bridges the gap between where your child is and where they want to go. I support children and young teens who may feel stuck, lack confidence or struggle with frienships or emotions. Through structured, encouraging sessions, we set achievable goals, explore emotions and self-talk, and celebrate every step forward. My approach helps kids build confidence, develop resilience, and move through life’s challenges with a stronger sense of who they are. Being online allows us the flexibility to meet during a time that works for you and your schedule, from the comfort of your home.
Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Angela— a certified coach with over 20 years of experience working with children and a Master’s degree in Child Education. I’m passionate about helping kids build confidence, express their feelings, set meaningful goals, and celebrate who they are.
As a coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I’ve supported many young clients in navigating life’s ups and downs with greater self-awareness and resilience. I believe every child deserves a coach — someone in their corner who listens, encourages, and helps them discover their own strengths. I am a coach because I love making connections and I love working with children.
Coaching Package

Initial Discovery Call
During our first meeting, we’ll take time to talk about your child — highlighting their strengths, as well as any areas of concern. Together, we’ll set goals and define what success will look like throughout our work together.

Coaching Sessions
I will meet with your child for a total of five sessions, held every two weeks. Each session will last 30–45 minutes and will include a variety of engaging activities — from mindfulness warm-ups to conversations focused on building resilience and emotional regulation.
Throughout our time together, your child will explore who they are today and begin to develop a clearer sense of who they want to become.

Growth Review
Once the sessions are complete, we’ll meet together to reflect on your child’s growth and discuss recommendations for next steps to continue their progress.
Pricing
$700/package
Package includes initial meeting, 5 coaching sessions, follow up emails after each session, and a final growth review meeting.
